damp environment street noise
the location was acceptable, and the room was clean.
i was disappointed that the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a consistently damp environment, i also found the minibar prices to be excessive. furthermore, the noise from the street was noticeable throughout the night, i struggled to get a good night's sleep because of constant disturbance.

a good haven
lovely decor attentive staff delicious food
i particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar they had delicious food and drinks and the staff were friendly and helpful. the gym was adequate with sufficient equipment for a good workout
i found the room service to be a little slow at times, it would be useful if it was more responsive to requests

the room was spacious it was very clean and well maintained the bathroom had luxurious toiletries. storage was ample with sufficient space for luggage and personal items the bed was comfortable

mixed feelings about this stay
inconvenient time room service
the location was central and convenient for getting around, i will say that.
i had issues with the room service, each day they came to service my room around 5pm, that was not convenient. i had to keep asking for basic things, and that isn't something i expect.
